Question:

Where can I get a GOOD 6 bolt steering wheel? Not a flimsy piece of c**p.?

I just rigged up one of those quick release 6 bolt pattern (universal, kinda) adapters in my 1994 Acura Integra. My friend gave me some steering wheel that feels, bends and flexes like a child's toy. I need a really durable, nice steering wheel and brands don't matter to me so long as it a good steering wheel. If its made completely of metal, so be it, I don't want it to flex, is all. I can purchase online or somewhere local. I would like to avoid ebay unless its a VERY common or popular name brand. I live in Stockton, California so you guys might know something local. Thanks and if you need any other details, email me at nbssage@yahoo.com. Thank you guys!

  1. I just ordered a Grant steering wheel from Summit the other day, on the basis that it cost $25 and it apparently was used on the Monte Carlo stunt cars in that last F&F movie. If you know anything about how they build those, you'd figure it's probably pretty durable. I don't think it's got a six bolt pattern though... they might make an adapter for that or something

Also, I'd personally think that the whole quick release thing would kind of weaken the connection between the wheel and the column, but I've never dealt with one before, so it might be fine.
