I know exactly what you want because I have one..its the Texas t-shirt with Hamilton on the back right? Unfortunately if your not in Texas it will be hard to get one. I checked MLB.com and they dont have it. Sry. =[

Do not buy from MLB.com.  i ordered mine on may 10th and received it on July 8th.  they claimed not to have the letters in stock..the shirt quality was not too great after 5 calls to customer service.  i'd buy a plain rangers t and take it to your local screen printer.  check around with a couple of screen printers as they might hammer you for a one-off custom item.
