Where can I get a Minnesota Drivers License without doing the drivers knowledge and vision test?

Well I have done everything that is requires to do for a drivers license but,still I haven't recieved my drivers license in the mail and the dmv still thinks I haven't done it so anyone know how this can be done

ain't going to happen.  you must complete the written and vision parts.

did you do it and they think you did not?

you should have paperwork indicating that you passed.

how long ago?

or are you just trying to get a license without taking the tests?

You've done it all but the dmv thinks you haven't.

You secretly fulfilled all the requirements, and now you are expecting your drivers license to come in the mail.

I might know somebody in Tijuana who can help you out, just needs a photo, and whatever name and birthdate you want to use.
