Where can I get a balikbayan box in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam? How do I ship it to the Philippines? How much?

I have tried sending items from HCM via a shipping line but my cousin had a hard time in getting my 1cbm cargo out of the pier in Cebu. And it costs a lot, my cargo value is only usd200 while we paid 25,000pesos to get it out of the pier. Maybe, I should try door to door delivery, just like what they do with balikbayan boxes from the States. I hope somebody out there can help me. We want to stretch our budget for things that we can send to our loveones back home, not on shipping costs. Thanks.

You're lucky 'coz I just happened to google about balikbayan box in HCMC.  I met a lady working for such a Filipino company and she says they charge $75 per box without any weight limit just like they do in the States.  Here are the details:

the 'box, contains gifts to family andd friends, and often luxury goods which are not easily available to the family back home.
