Where can I get a bill of lading form for household movers?

I own a moving company and am looking online for a bill of lading for my customers to sign and fill out, but, can't seem to find one without having to pay for it...just wondering if there was a site that I can download one for free. thanks

you know what, I just run 'bill of lading sample' on search engine & I can see a lot  of them. Bill of lading are issued by the 'transportation' company because they receipt the goods. If you are just a movers, the truck/ shipping company should issued something for you. If you also do the transport, just copy/ create the doc using the sample found on the net under your letterhead.
