Where can I get a budgie going cheep?

I can't aford to pay much so the bird should be free or going cheep

Many places, as birds cheep anyway!  Please consider the implications if the little guy needs care, and also do research on looking after it.  No animal is ever cheap, as they may need veterinary care and extra facilities to recreate their natural environment.  Please think it out, as you don't give reasons for wanting a cheap pet!

I got my budgie free from a breeder. As long as you can prove you have a good home waiting for it, you should get one fine.

Budgies only cost 20 dollars...and their cages cost another 20...usually cages come with a starter set of food and perches, and water and food dishes.

But a general rule of thumb is: If you can't afford to buy the pet, how will you support the pet in the future?  If you can't afford the pet, then how will you buy the food and vitamins and minerals that are so important to that pet's development and health?  My advice is, don't buy a bird that you can't afford.  Wait until you have enough money.
