I am looking for any used board around 100 bucks or lower. It just has to be in either a good usuable or presentable condition. Thanks!

  1. It would be a bit of a drive from NYC but I think your best bet would be to go to surf shops down on the Jersey Shore.  There is a large pocket of surfers in that area and tons of shops for you to try to find a deal.  Belmar, Seaside, Point Pleasant, Long Branch, etc are some of the big surf spots.  You also might try checking the classified in some local papers.  The link is to a list of all NJ newspapers.  The big ones I would start with are the Star-Ledger (Newark) or the Asbury Park-Press (Neptune).  Smaller cities down the shore that have papers on this list are Brick, Egg Harbor, Long Branch, and Manasquan.  Good luck!

  2. hrm, well, if you've tried Ebay, then, the classifieds in your loacal and close-by newspapers. Sometimes people put ads up in shops and on telephargh poles. Surf shops, may be a bit expensive, but you never know, worth looking!

    Keep on looking around anyway!

    Good luck! xx
