Where can I get a copy of the Red Book?

Not the safety rules and regs but the management /union agreement red book

If you want the old Red Book as a collectors item, I'd try looking at rail ephemera dealers (online, at collectors fairs, etc) or see if any rail staff clubs will let up put up a small ad - which might be seen by someone who still has their old on lying about somewhere.

Two ways of getting the agreements between the two sides.

1) Contact your HR department concerned with your local TOC and Union and ask for a copy of agreements to be sent to you.

2) Contact your Union helpline, Branch Secretary and ask them to arrange a copy to be sent to you

Obviously you will have to be a designated LDC or Line Manager concerned with liason with a Union/s. Also the Red Book does not actually exist anymore, this was the old BR book which became void at the end of 2000 (or whenever your TOC became a private franchise, which was around 1996 onwards) and each TOC now has its own redesigned Union Agreements seperate to ASLEF/UNITE, RMT and TSSA covering different grades and workers, for instance the TOC i work for has 7 different agreements concerning contracts, working conditions and disciplinary procedures which is very confusing sometimes and can lead to missed opportunities and a lot of mistakes being made by Line Managers being given the wrong set of instructions.

This is not a publicly available book. I seriously doubt you could find one through any legitimate suppliers, perhaps from someone selling off eBay.

If you are an employee you can get one from your supervisor.

They are required to furnish you a copy, but they are not made available outside the company.
