  1. try the national archives they should have it if not go to the ships nautical site and post the question in the royal navy section the centaur class carriers were ordered in 1944 and only 4 of the eight were ever built due to the end of hostilaties, albion and bulwark were converted to commando carriers in the early sixties inthe early 70s albion and the never converted centaur went for scrap and were replaced by hermes(III)  and later after being in storage bulwark was scrapped

  2. You might get a lead from this site:

    http://www.battleships-cruisers.co.uk/hm...

  3. Bulwark for the period you are talking of was launched in 1948 and scrapped in 1984. You could look it up on Wikipedia and maybe print off some details. As for a copy of the commissioning book-Try a bookshop specialising in Naval history.

  4. Write to Admiralty house they could help or at least guide you to where to go...

  5. There is a HMS Bulwark association. Try them.

Also send a letter of enquiry to the Maritime Museum at Portsmouth. The curator has a list of books and where you can still get them. I have used them

I wanted a Victorious Commissioning book for the 1960 era. They helped me.
