Where can I get a copy of the stub that came with tax refund?

2 yrs ago, I owed money on my pell grant and they took the money out of my tax return, but I can't find the receipt. How can I get a record that they took it out of my taxes? I think it was in either 2006 or 2007

Try calling the Department of Financial Management, 800-304-3107.  They are the department that is responsible for actually withholding funds from tax refund.
