That looks like something from a TV show or Movie set,

or maybe even a special Museum Exhibit.

I don't think you could get that at any regular store. If it is available to  the public, you'll probably have to special order it.

And I bet it's gonna cost upwards of $100-200

I would do a web search for "Dinosaur Costumes"

It cost them millions to make all of the ones they did and a whole bunch of time and space, I highly doubt they'd be made that realistic at an affordable price or even be made on a mass scale for the public. If you can afford a large amount you could probably figure out who to contact that made those for the show they're opening and for an amount I'm sure they'd make one for you.
