Where can I get a custom 400 piece puzzle made?

Question

It has to be 400 pieces for a particular project.

Would like to order online.

Prefer for it to come "put together" rather than pieces separated.

I will make a large order so it should be worth SOMEBODY's time!

I suggest you contact the puzzle makers like jigsaw and others that the reference desk at your local library can get you, and ask each company the cost.
