Where can I get a daily time log thingy online?

I am trying to be more efficient and want to make a note of how I use my time during the day. I would like a template that divides the day into like 15 minute segments so that I can just fill it in all day as I go along and make a note of timewasters (like YA :-) )

I think you'll find that sort of thing is called a DIARY. Try Googling that and you'll probably get something suitable.
