see your gp, they have them and won't cost you anything. i was a brisbanite and had both my children in bris. one at logan and the other at ipswich.

From any chemist, like Amcal, or Priceline, Guardian etc.

Decent ones from there cost about 15 dollars and usually come in a two-pack.

Or as the above poster mentions, even coles or safeway sell them.
