Well you can't get one SPECIFICALLY EXACTLY like his; his

is because he has diabetes's and people with diabetes's have to

wear them. You can get a dogtag at almost any jewelry store though ♥

well i don't know were you can get a medical ID one, but i got one with a j on it at a mall, you can try to look at like one of your local malls and look in a jewelry store that's what i did!
