Where can I get a free repair on my InstallShield Program?

I'm getting the dreaded "Error 1609". I know what it means, my installshield is broken. What I don't know is where to repair it. This is where you come in. Please help me. And if you are curious i was installing Age of Empires 3. Thank you!!!!

Try first a simple computer > Restart

If this fails to solve your problem, then try this:

Start>Accessories>System Tools> and then Restore back to the date previous to the problem, then Restart

This way you are troubleshooting with a clean slate

Note, this does not remove documents, but basically resets your Registry Keys back to a previous date
