Where can I get a glass dish identified or appraised?

Question

I have a dish which looks like it may be glass blown. It is clear glass, just a few inches long and a couple inches tall with a handle that arcs across the top. I have no clue how to identify it, as it has no markings of any kind. Is there a place I can email a picture of this dish to have it identified for free?
