Where can I get a good, cheap massage in Mexico City or surrounding areas and how much can I expect to pay?

I'm going with my boyfriend for a week and we're going to explore the villages around Mexico City but stay basically in that area. We love the cheap NYC Chinatown massages (1hr/$42), and I'm not talking the ones with "happy endings," no sleaze involved.

I figured in Mexico we could probably get some even cheaper massages, like in Asia how they give them on chairs in the streets... anyone know?
