Where can I get a good Java compiler for download?

i am a complete newbie, i wish to start learning java, where can i get a compiler and what will be its size (anything that will be between 30-50MB?, i have a limited download plan)

    download  J2sdk from Java's site ,but this package is app 70MB.

    I think this package is good to you .Because Java added new features.
