Where can I get a job around people my style?

I really love the indie/boho scene. I hate my job now, which is working in a boring supermarket, and I want a change- particularly around things I like and people I can relate to.

I've applied to H&M, but they barely ever have job openings and it's been a month with no call backs or contact at all. Are there any places you can think of that I may like working at?
