That depends what you are applying for, we look for intergrity, and depending on the felony, and if your honest upfront about telling a company, it will help you, just be honest. Like I said depends on what you want to get into, just stay away from any law enforcement jobs, cause we get thorough in depth checks done. Otherwise jsut be honest, there are jobs out there.

It really depends on the conviction.  Was it drugs or theft??  It will be hard to get work anywhere with these types of convictions.  The one place you can work without hesitation (and start immediately) is the Waffle House.  It's not much, but it's a job.  Good luck.
