The best way to get stickers for free is to show up at skateboarding demos. The riders and companies that go to these demos ALWAYS bring a lot of promotion giveaways (ie, stickers, decks, posters, tshirts, etc) to give away. Apart from that, most companies offer up stickers for pretty cheap if you email or call them.. Granted, they get these kinds of requests all the time, so you'll have to be patient if taking that route.

Other than that....ebay is your best bet.
