i thin kthey can be notarized..

ask exctly what authenticated prameters expecting to submit correct info..receiving party may direct u to appropriate party..

Depending on the state you reside in it varies. In AZ they do not do this (they do offer a statement that they do not do this). You have to contact the FBI:
