Where can I get a low fat meal?

I'd like to go out for a meal tonight, but I'm currently watching what I eat and don't want to eat anything too fatty. Where can I find a restaurant that serves a decent range of low fat cuisine?

  1. Why don't you go to Wagamama's if you have one near you. http://www.wagamama.com/

Or when you go out just go for the meal that is lower in fat and just be careful. Don't go for the pasta dish that has a creamy sauce or that has lots of cheese in it. Go for something with a tomato sauce. Also have a jacket potato instead of chips and wedges or have a salad, without the dressing. Don't have anything that have been fried unless if has been dry fried. Also have a large glass of water with your meal.

  2. why not try a fish restaurant

  3. Go to a vegetarian restaurant as their menus will generally be far healthier and lower in fat.

  4. I think the best thing you can do is to go to a restaurant whose food you do like but make a special request for example for the Chef to use less fat and to take certain ingredients out like cheese.

  5. Applebees has a selection of weight watchers meals that are actually pretty good. Olive Garden has a few low fat pasta dishes.  Chilis has a guiltless grill menu.  Mc donalds salads.  hope that helps.

  6. got to subway it fresh you know the restuarant

  7. JUST WATCH WHAT YOU EAT

    don't have a burger & fries

  8. I love Applebee's Weight Watcher's Menu; I LOVE the Shrimp Skewer salad, 210 calories & 2g of fat...and its sooo good!

Subway is pretty good too, but that gets boring after a while.

You can go to just about any restaurant & order a club sandwich, but order it without the bacon, mayo & cheese and then it's really healthy. I don't like ham, so I always order turkey lettuce & tomato on sourdough or whole wheat.

When in doubt, order a salad... you can never go wrong with a salad & dressing on the side!

    GOOD LUCK!  :o)

  9. MACDONALDS`in-FINLAND

  10. Well, I don't know if you have a Chili's anywhere around but, they serve these really good southwestern eggroll type things and they are cheap too!

their chips and salsa are really good too!

Hope that this helps you out!

  11. If you go to ASK, try their salads, they are the best!  and I think the Toby pubs or Beefeaters do Weight watchers pointed meals.  Failing that, any restaurant serving English food should be able to cook chicken without any sauce and always ask for boiled, not fried potatoes.  Good luck
