A group of my friends and I are going out to celebrate our birthdays. I want to suprise one of my girlfriends with a gag gift before I give her her real gift. So where can I find an inexpensive male blow up doll that inflates automatically once you open the box?

You are correct in your observation.  I had one like that before named Peter who went out with us for a bachelorette party. We added our own beanus.  He didn't survive the evening, but his beanus did.
