Where can I get a map of the Milan subway system ?

I'd like to know if I can get to Santa Maria de la Gratzia from the city center by subway or do I need to take my car. Thanks

Reservations are mandatory. You can only book the last supper up to 60 days in advance. The dates you want won't be available for a couple of weeks. The tickets go fast, so you'll want to check at the earliest opportunity.
