  1. what big island, there are many big islands


  2. I've never seen one, and I've got a million cookie cutters.    Take a piece of heavy cardboard or foam board, draw the shape on and cut it out.  Put it on top of the rolled-out cookie dough and cut around it.  Bingo.  Big Island cookies.
