My clutch feels slightly weak, so i'm looking to replace it. But i'm not sure if I could do it myself or not. Also, I don't know what prices i'm looking at either? Some advice/help would be nice!

  1. make sure its the clutch

not the springs or cables first unless hydrolic

when did it last have an oil change ?

  2. Link:

    http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/1/5...

  3. You will need...

7 of (Honda Part Number) 22201-MAL-600 $11.60ea   (Friction Plates)

1 of (HPN) 22202-MAE-000 at $11.13ea  (Friction Plate)

8 of (HPN) 22321-ML7-000 at $9.75ea   (Steel Plates)

    4 of (HPN) 22401-MAL-600 at $3.85ea

For a grand total of: $185.73

Plus if your gasket can't be re-used (it really shouldn't be) that's another $14.24

These are all numbers out of Honda's iN Parts Catalog, these are for a 1997. So if your's isn't a 97 then they might not be exactally correct but it'll give you an idea as of the price you'll be looking at.

You can get them at any Honda dealership or at www.motosport.com
