Normally you can replace it with a s***w cap, but this hole has no thread. Can anyone tell me where I would get a new cap for it? http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd33/Murderdogs/101_0948.jpg?t=1218998483

  1. Liam get creative, put a rubber bung in it.

  2. Darn it, I hate when that happens... The expense will likely be above the cost of the hub...  You'll need to improvise - if you go to a smaller hardware store (like Ace), you might be able to hunt down a small cork or better yet, look around for an older tire and razor blade off one of the larger knobby off and shape into a cone shape size... If you do it right, it might even look cooler - glue one of those plastic eyes onto the top to add style...

    good luck

  3. Make one, lay some plastic wrap over the hole and push it down a little, then put a dab of silicone glue over it and let it cure.  Pull the plug out remove the plastic wrap.

  4. I am pretty sure that our friends at Sturmey Archer still stock those parts.

If not, I'll make the standerd suggestion of trying one of the OLD shops around London to see if they have spares.
