Where can I get a nutritional label for dinuguan (pork blood stew)? What are the nutritional benefits?

I would like to know the nutritional label for pork blood stew also known as dinuguan. I want to see how healthy it is whether its high in protein or what.

I need to know this for my speech and hopefully you can help me.

There is no "nutritional label" unless it's a packaged product.  Does your mama's meatloaf come with a label?

If you have a recipe, you can plug the ingredients into FitDay.com to get totals for the entire recipe.  Then divide by the number of servings.
