Where can I get a official brake and light certification to switch my car to salvage title?

I live in Huntington Beach, CA and they want to charge me $127 is there some where cheaper, to get this done?

  1. Most any ASE certified garage will be licensed to do a brake and light inspection. You don't mention the state you're in, but if you're in a state like California for instance often the same garage that will do your smog check can do the brake and light as well.  


  2. Local DMV can best help you with the Title Conversion.
