Where can I get a powder form of Magnesium Oxide?

In order to colon cleanse, do you know where I could find a powder form of Magnesium Oxide you can mix with water and drink? It supposedly makes you feel like you're "shitting watter" and cleanses your colon.

That sounds painful.  You might want to look at some other options.  

Go to www.vrp.com and research options for a colon cleanse. They have great supplements, lots of references and you can call them for advice as well.
