Where can I get a pretty blue dress for my company AGM?

I am attending my company Annual General Meeting in a couple of weeks and we have been told to wear blue. It is a dressy event and am panicking about finding a suitable dress. I would like a short dress in electric or navy blue. I am a size 12-14 so nothing too skimpy. Anybody seen anything suitable?

All of them (except one) is very affordable.

I have put dresses of all blue because I wasn't sure what exactly is electric blue or nay blue, especially online when there is always a little difference in colours between the web and real life.

I think this is a dress that you'll either love or hate but I bought it a while ago for something I'm going to and I absolutely love it!
