  1. O&H Danish Bakery sends them overnight.  The are the best.  I've been getting them for Xmas and TGiving for years.  They come frozen.


  2. I am a former chef and have had it here in Toronto Canada, I get mine at a Danish bakery, so the closest Scandinavian bakery is your best bet, they are available on line to from mail order places in the US
