Where can I get a replacement screen to patch a hole in a screen window?

You can get a roll of screen material. Cut a square off and sew it over the hole with some thread and a needle.

Patching depends on if it is a metal screen or not.

If it is a metal screen you can get small sections of screen at better local hardware stores, however if it relatively new then you are better off pulling the spline and replacing the entire screen, which you can get the material at most any hardware store.

Most screens are not patched, but replaced. You can buy the material (aluminum or fiberglass) and the spline and tool at most any hardware or Home Center.
