Where can I get a service manual for a Shimano SS-G6000 fixed spool reel?

The anti-reverse does not engage. The spring which controls the mechanism is broken and needs to be replaced. Where can I get a similar spring? Is there a parts number? Shimano have discontinued repairing this model.

The SSG6000 spinning reel has been out of production for almost twenty years. I doubt that you will find a service manual for it at this point. But, you can probably contact one of the Shimano warranty repair stations. They may still have parts for the reel, even if Shimano does not. If all else fails, try Bucko's Parts in Fall River, MA, one of the largest parts and repair places on the east coast.
