Where can I get a snake permit?

I have a 11 ft. burmese python and I live in Connecticut. I know I need a permit to legal have this snake but I have searched and searched and I can't find out where to get it from. Can someone help?

The second half explains who would have to be contacted for a permit and the circumstances of getting one (in typical vague bill law fashion of course...)

you only need a permit if you take it for a walk in the park. ive got 2 pythons. one is 19 feet and the other is 14 feet. once they get so big..you cant handle them/trust me. i did have a pet cat but i cant find it..remember no children and no pets. and never turst them/

Try your local wildlife office. Either they issue them or they can tell you where to go to get it.
