Where can I get a suit or just fabric with images of eyeballs printed onto it?

I am looking for either an already-made men's suit or just the fabric by itself, with eyeballs on it. Ideally, I am looking for the same fabric that is featured on the cover of Muse's "Black Holes and Revelations" album, worn by the man with his back to us. I am looking for a fabric along those lines..

I can't find a clear enough image to be sure, but given the look of the other suits, I strongly suspect this was a green screen and CGI effort.

It would be fun to do, but you would probably have to either find a place that will do short run prints on suitable fabric (very expensive option!), or do this at home yourself.  Given plenty of space, time, and the right kit, this should be possible.  You could do it as either a stencil (very slow) or by silk screen printing.  You would then need to make the suit up yourself or  find a tailor willing to do it for you.  I could do that, but I suspect I'm rather too far away for fittings.

Ebay has some , I typed in eyeball fabric and they had a few pieces to choose from ;)))
