Where can I get a work permit in Greeley?

I am almost 15 and I need a work permit to work at a store a few miles from my house. The manager told me that I need a work permit to work there and when I got one that I definately had a job. Please if you can give me any information about getting a work permit that would be fantastic.

You need to go to city hall and get one.
