Hi I live in Mexico.. but I want to give to my mom an islamic veil because she likes the middle east culture.. she is not muslim.. but she would like to visit one day those places.. and Palestine... the holy land of Jesus..

I live in SaudiArabia.. and believe me.. there is no specific "style" of islamic veil... anything you use as a scarf to cover your hair completely is accept and fine..

You are from mexico? I dont know is you have those there, but you know the spanish mantillas? the lacy scarves the spanish women wear of the tiaras? those can also be used as scarves... ive seen some ladies here in Saudiarabia wearing lacy scarves.. Really anything and any style goes as long as it completely covers your hair and somewhat covers your neck and doesnt allow any front cleavage of chest to show when wearing normal attire... ^_^

i guess you mean hair scarf in specific ....any way veils are not necessary be made in factory or something to be just bought ...your mum or even you can have your own design and tailor them in a square piece of textile ,and wrap it to have a triangle ,and o0ops your mum got her own home made scarf
