Where can I get answer about the dash gages lights & ect to my car?

I just bought a 2004 Chev Cavalier. The car is great but I have some questions about a switch next to my relay dial.for my inside lights when I turn the car off. I can not find an owners manual or a straight answer from some of the sites. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks There is no issues I just want to know a couple things.
