Where can I get authentic greek food in (or near) downtown D.C.?

  1. Zorba's is definitely your answer.

  2. It's only carry-out, but Greek Deli (1120 19th Street NW) is a local favorite. Also, check out some of the suggestions on www.chowhound.com (below).

  3. Oh Snap! Greek Taverna in Montgomery County, bout 20-30 min from dowtown DC, but its worth it. That takes me back.

  4. Zorba's in Dupont Circle is good.  It is on 20th but is within a block of Dupont's Q St Exit.
