Where can I get authentic spainish paella dishes in the tacoma wa. area?

If you cannot find them in retail stores, that specialize in kitchen wares, call around first, if not call the restaurant supply store, they sell retail and you can find small to large ones, even copper ones but I would buy a cast aluminum or steel one, there cheaper, heavier and are easier to clean.

Maybe a Spanish or Cuban restaurant.

I found it in a Cuban once, Houston, TX.

Not Mexican.  Never saw it there.
