  1. I think the red cross have a baby sitting course...well in the uk they have.

  2. Yes, the Red Cross gives babysitting training classes.  Go to this site for info about their Babysitting Classes-it's the Ontario chapter of the Canadian Red Cross.  Then click on Course Schedule to see where they're located and when they're offered.  It looks like they're all in Toronto, but it's only 30-45 minutes away from Burlington, so that's not too bad.

  3. The red cross has baby sitting, first aid, and infant/child cpr all in one course for about 60 dollars it's an all day training. My babysitter is 14 and is red cross certified she gets lots of jobs because all the other moms feel better that she is trained and knows what to do in the event of an emergency. It's not enough to just be "good" with kids I think that these are good classes to take and honestly I don't mind paying her more because I know she is able to handle tough situations should they occur. You'll make a lot of money and be in high demand. Check red cross site and find the local traing site in your area.

  4. I know the American Red Cross has babysitting training.

    Try Canada Red Cross

Here is their link to find courses:

  5. The red cross. That is where I got my babysitting training at age 12. The local health center also offers babysitting courses through the local hospital. So, if you can not find a red cross near you, call your local hospital and ask if they offer the courses.

  6. red cross.
