you must try "Sanjha chulha" in Kailash colony, you can either sit in your car and have it or go inside their air-conditioned sitting restaurant, thing highly recommended are chicken kalmi kabab, tawa mutton tikka (thick gravy), mutton burra

another place is Qureshi's near alakhnanda market (next to pizza hut), must try chicken malai tikka, muuton burra and not to miss dal makhani
