Where can I get boogie boards really, really cheap?

Question

I am looking for somewhere to get lots of boogie boards really, really cheap! I need them for a party we are going to have and we will probably need 30 to 40 of them...so if they ain't cheap, we won't be able to afford it!

This could be somewhere we could order them from, or a place we could go to (please include phone number if known) in Southern California...preferably near San Diego...but would consider going somewhere near L.A. if had to.
