Where can I get bulk/wholesale tulip bulbs for a wedding, shower, landscape?

I am trying to find a large amount of tulip bulbs for an upcoming wedding and shower, in addition I would like to plant some at our new house we will be moving into in the fall?

These sites have 1000's for about 21 cents each in 1000 packs. Mixed or single color.

It's gonna be nearly impossible to time them for a specific date. Nurseries TRY  to do it for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day... The bulbs likely won't be shipped until fall. If you live in a warm zone you will have tto chill them in the fridge for at least 6 weeks, which will take up a quite a bit of space.
