Where can I get cafe curtains, either locally or online?

Have an older house, with small casement windows, and need "cafe curtains" (30-36 inches long) to replace the old ones. Looking for navy blue, cannot find in any stores locally, and having a problem online as well.

What you are looking for are tiers in the length of 30"-36".  I found some on line at JC Penney's.  One is called Linden street tab top tiers.  They are 50"x30" or 50"x36" and cost $19.99 per pair.  Another style I found is called Wendy tab top tiers.  They cost $10.99-$12.49 per pair.  Both are navy.  I checked Target and Walmart also but had no luck.  Good luck on finding the tiers you want for your house.
