Where can I get cheap eyeliner with a soft tip?

Like I dont know how to put it But Im looking for eyeliner that goes on my lids and under.

Maybelline define a line mascara, its soft and goes on easily, its only like 5$

i use annabelle (i think thats wat its called)

Just buy one with a sharp tip...

+ put your finger in some hot water and gentley craft the tip :) :)

it works all the time!!

But i reccomend Boots Eyeliner.. (you can get them at target in the boots isle)

rite aid! NYC eyeliner. everyone at my school uses it because it is the best. and only 2 bucks.

i think with eyeliner, the cheaper ones always do a bad job. once you have tried an expensive one, you can really tell the difference. i love the self sharpening eyeliner from merle norman, it works fantastic. its around 20 bucks, but well worth it. lasts for ages.

i found fabulous eyelinder by Bonne Bell in wal-mart for 2.39. it goes on verry easily, and isn't much money at all. You can find it where you find the Smackers Lipgloss, or other Bonne Bell products =]
