Where can I get custom made Cookies in Seattle?

I am working for a small theater company in Seattle (Book-it theater) and we had the idea of selling cookies that were in a shape that had to do with the current show. For example the first show of the season is Even Cowgirls Get the Blues and so we were hoping for a boot shaped cookie. Does anyone know a local Seattle bakery that would take this kind of contract for a season from september 16 2008 - June 14 2009.

  1. I would try Cookies in Seattle.  They have a retail store on Market Street:

    Cookies

    2211 NW Market. St.

    Seattle, WA

    Phone: 206-297-1015

If they can't make custom cookies for you, they probably know who can.  And they also sell a couple of different boot cookie cutters in their online store.  (Maybe you could buy a few of those and have volunteers take turns baking cookies?)  Anyway, check them out.  The one with a handle might be better for "production runs."

    I hope this is helpful.

  2. There's a great place in Bellevue...Cookies in Bloom. It's right off of Bellevue Way and Old Main st....so it's not too far to go from downtown Seattle. They have all kinds of cookies, cookie bouquets, etc...they also do wedding favors, party favors, etc, so they can probably hook you up with something specific to your shows.

    Good luck!
